- Daily communication with customers.
- Notifying appropriate parties of any issues.
- Exchanging information between many parties.
- Able to analyze customer requests in the variety of ways that they come in.
- Answering incoming calls from clients is big priority.
- Being friendly and helpful with all customers.
- Following up with task until completion.

- Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must;
- Strong written and spoken communication skills;
- Previous experience in support;
- Previous experience with Zendesk (other helpdesk systems) is a big plus;
- Ability to work the night shifts.
- Morning, evening, night shifts. 24/7 hr schedules available.
