Customer Support Specialist

Essential job functions required:

  • Daily communication with customers.
  • Notifying appropriate parties of any issues.
  • Exchanging information between many parties.
  • Able to analyze customer requests in the variety of ways that they come in.
  • Answering incoming calls from clients is big priority.
  • Being friendly and helpful with all customers.
  • Following up with task until completion.

 

We are waiting for you, if you have:

  • Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must;
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills;
  • Previous experience in support;
  • Previous experience with Zendesk (other helpdesk systems) is a big plus;
  • Ability to work the night shifts.
